Burano – Amethyst Goto

Wonderful colored blown glass with millefiori murrine, handmade by one of our Murano glass masters.

Processing technique:
Using a small mass of hot glass, colored stains in paste and murrine are collected with a rotating gesture and fused together. From here on, the master imprints his experience inside the object by blowing and shaping the glass mass by hand until its final shape is achieved.
