Twisted Reeds and Adventurine – Maxi Vase

Wonderful Murano blown glass vase handcrafted by one of the best master glassmakers in the island.

Processing technique:
The colored canes and aventurine reeds are chosen and placed one by one on a plate with great precision by the artist himself, thus creating a unique composition for each object made. Then using a hot glass mass, the rods are picked up with a rotating gesture and fused together. From here on, the master imprints his experience inside the object by blowing and shaping the glass mass by hand until its final shape is achieved.
