Laguna – Amber vase

Murano glass vase blown in cane, opened and hand modeled in the furnace by our glass masters according to the traditional techniques of the island.

The vase is made on a colored glass base, it is then wrapped in a silver leaf that enhances its appearance and its value, and finally it is decorated on the surface with stains of colored glass in paste, colored canes and millefiori murrine (small miniature mosaics mainly representing flowers). The decoration is previously carefully prepared by the artist himself, choosing and cutting every single element to the right size for the vase’s workmanship.

The piece is signed by the artist with glass engraving.
